Lon, this is so right on. I have been reflecting recently, at the precise moment we make it about ourselves, Superperformance disappears. It is Servant Leadership that is the only true Leadership. Servant Leadership is about what can I do for YOU not what can you do for ME.
Many out there are still struggling to realize the old way of selling and marketing - i.e. pitching a product - does not work. Relationships are Servant Leadership are what work. Trust is what works. God takes care of the rest.
