Superperformance World Movement

Have you noticed how some Leaders seem to disappear during tough times? What message are they sending when they don't attend regular meetings, show up late, leave early, know one knows where they are. On top of that they are less engaging, have less eye contact, seem less concerned, even less positive and supportive.

Then there's the memos: Tighten it up! Show some effort! Or else!

And the coup de grace...when the Executive Leadership team terminates employees without the knowlege or involvement of these individual's direct supervisor(s).

WHAT ARE WE DOING? It doesn't matter what we're saying, if anything. Where's the hope? Where's the teamwork? Where's the mission and the vision. Where's the purpose and the passion?

It’s more important than ever to Super-Size and Re-Energize the People you count on – The same People who count on their Leaders to Inspire them!

Hi Lon Basen,
You make some good points - as we like to say down here in Houston, "Just cuz you put your boots in the oven, that don't make 'em biscuits!" In other words, leadership has nothing to do with title. Thanks for your interesting post.
